Calvisano sturgeon with tomatoes, basil and Garda OilIngredients
(for 4)


4 slices of sturgeon
2 julienne cut tomatoes
3 leaves of basil
rock salt
Garda extra-virgin olive oil



Preparation
steam cook the 4 slices of sturgeon for about 5/10 minutes. When cooked place the slices on 4 very hot plates, cover with the julienne tomatoes cooked briefly in the frying pan with oil, salt and basil. Dress with Garda extra-virgin olive oil.

Garnish with rock salt.
